Lyon’s public transport network

Our self catering apartments are located right in the heart of the city center. Thanks to the important and efficient transport network you will have an easy access to the Convention Center, Eurexpo, the central railway station or the airport.Indeed, the nearest subway station and buses are only at a two minutes' walk  from Apart'Observatoire Saint Jean .

If you want to enjoy the scenery, you can also hire a bike from one of the numerous Velov stations  to ride along The Rhône and to reach the Contemporary Art Center or the Convention Centre.The citizens of Lyon appreciate the great number of bike tracks since riding is a quick and environmentally friendly means of transportation.

Like in Venice, Lyon offers a river shuttle. From st Paul station the romantic Vaporetto will take you the Confluence district. It is a new area at the South of the town, where you will be astonished by the architecture of  the brend new Musuem of the Confluence, l'Hôtel de Région, a couple of buildings  and its open air shopping center  offering many shops, restaurants and cinemas.
