"Daniel et Denise" un Bouchon Lyonnais, tout en tradition

Lyon’s cuisine is well known all over the world. You can find tradionnal, lyonnaise cuisine in « Bistrot Lyonnais ». The convivial atmosphere of such restaurants are renowned but the quality of the food can differ.

The restaurant « Daniel et Denise » is one of the best within this category. As such gourmands and regular diners race there.

Surrounded by a scene made of checked, red and white tablecloths with the waiter dressed in a white apron, guests are able to discover a menu made of: the « quenelle » of pike, the « andouillette », type of sausage, the meat pie made with supreme of duck’s liver, the sweetbread, the liver cake,  … « la cervelle de canuts » : fresh cheese with herbs and a praline pie : almond coated with sugar  for the dessert. There is also a sommelier on offer who advises on which wine best suits the meal chosen.

Often at the end of the diner, the chef « Joseph Viola » will ask if you enjoyed your meal.
